We take a novel approach to address the needs of individual customers, because we recognise that Africa and China are both large and culturally diverse lands. Every place and every people is different, and therefore requires its own adapted approach.

Management Team

Managing Director
Keita is the firm’s founder and managing director. Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, he spent most of his youth in Europe, Belgium. He holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath, U.K., and a doctorate in Astronautics from Beihang University, and comes from a rich and diverse entrepreneurial and financial background.
Financial Director
Jason is a Chinese native with strong international experience. A CFA holder who graduated from Beihang University with a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, he brings rigour and powerful cultural insight to the team thanks to leadership experience acquired working for Chinese state-owned enterprises such as Beijing Automotive Industry Holding and Sinotrans.
Legal Director
Emily Chu holds a law master’s degree and a higher education management Ph.D. An elite Chinese lawyer, she brings decades of in-depth legal and administrative insight as well as strong international exposure thanks to her time spent in academia and working for the prestigious QZ&WD (Jiangxi) Law Firm.
